#ThoughtOfTheDay Eko pawan maati sabh eka sabh eka jyot sabaiya (Ang 67 Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji) Eko pawan - same breath Maati - structure Sabh eka - all same Jote - light within Sabaiya - in all In everyone there is the same breath, same composition in physical structure and the same light or awareness in all. ---- Religious people are so convinced that their religion is the right choice. Yet we dont see them asking for Muslim blood or Christian blood or Hindu blood at the blood bank when they need it. They just ask for one unit of O positive or two units of A blood group. Why do they forget about blood preferences at blood donation? Do the colours of blood differ with different religions? No. Yet the fanatics of each religion feel the blood of the people belonging to their religion is the most pious and they dont mind spilling the blood of other religions to save their own. A lot has changed for the better but a lot more needs to change. Hopefully the future of the world sees more religious tolerance and understanding.
