Thoughts are with Dr Murdo John Alexanders Family. Most of you will remember him from the old surgery of Clarence House on Bath Street. He was an amazing GP who had time for everyone one of his patients. He always went above and beyond to help people. He never stuck to the protocol of 7 minutes per patient and did not believe that was acceptable. If even you waited half an hour to see him it was because you knew he was dedicated and wanted to spend the time with the patients and treated you as a human being not a G number. I had the privilege of knowing Murdo since 1990 and being a patient but also becoming a friend within the NHS setting. He will be sadly missed RIP Murdo xxx
