Consider this a public service. There is a young man named (Adrian) Gan Yoon Tat NRIC 870319235119 (remember this face: goo.gl/W1fzxa) who is a real estate agent representing Metroworld Properties Hub New&Latest Launch (although I couldnt track him down on their website - probably because he was sent to service me by his brother Mark Gan whom I have no dealings with) that I find highly ineffective and unprofessional in my dealings with him thus far. He tells me that the unit I was being shown is Unifi ready but upon checking with the management, it was nowhere near completion. I later checked with Unifi directly and they do not yet service this area. Strike 1. Strike 2 happened (and is still happening now) when he failed to deliver me my copy of the signed tenant agreement. Both myself and the landlord have signed 17 December 2014 (when the landlord himself notified me that he has signed it). There was no reason provided to me regarding this delay. I have made more than 10 attempts via WhatsApp, SMS and phone calls to contact him (and his associate Eddy) to get this document to no avail. I am either ignored or fed a cock and bull story about how I will receive an update soon. His reply was for me to check my mailbox and I did. Nothing. Then, last weekend, I met up personally with my landlord at the management office and was told by the administration clerk there that Adrian Gan is a fraud (I did not pursue all the details as to why she said that but it cant have been good that even the admin girl says that. So thats Strike 3. If you are looking for properties in Petaling Jaya, I strongly recommend that you avoid this guy at all cost. Also, do me a favour and share this please T.T
