Thoughts from the Inner Mountains 12_28_14 4 things every real believer must have: a belief in something Cosmic; a vision of what they expect; a willingness to have something change; and an understanding of what is not required of them. A real believer anchors himself or herself in a feeling of assured Omnipresence, Omniscience and Omnipotence. They have a belief in something larger than themselves and yet feel a part of It. We are offspring of the Infinite. We can never undo that. The real believer has to have a concept of the outcome they want. Martin Luther King Jr. had a dream that compelled him to expend his life energies in pursuit of it. While our beliefs may not seem as magnificent they are nonetheless just as valid. While we are praying for something, do we expect it to really change? Often the change that is required is from us. This in itself can be both threatening to the ego and yet the breakpoint between a real believer and believer. The fourth element is a revealer of our level of Cosmic consciousness. While we believe something do we feel we have to play the star role and every position? Real believers know that the right people, right circumstances, right adjustments are happening now. The whole idea of believing brings in unknown features. That is why it is important for us to stay tuned in to Supreme Intelligence as we go on believing. Our role may change or consist of simply holding the vision while allowing others to develop and grow. As we move into this New Year, continue to cultivate Cosmic consciousness that encourages real belief. Aho`
