Three Keys To An Open Heaven Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ , Who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places. Ephesians 1:3 What a blessing ! Said That Surely you have heard the phrase before or have another person saying That in your presence ( but not Necessarily about your presence ! ) . In Pauls letter the church at Ephesus he tells them they indeed That Should Be saying this phrase as they have received every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN PHRASE ? Paul Gives some context later in the first chapter , namely That we might know God through spiritual wisdom and revelation (v. 17) . Our spiritual blessings are in the knowledge and joy in knowing God -a relationship with God is the spiritual blessing ! Twice, Paul says That These blessings are to the praise of His glory . God the Father Has lavished the gifts of His blessing upon us so That We Might Be Able to praise him fully through blackberries Those gifts. The plan was revealed I know That all things in heaven and on earth might be fully united together ( v. 10) . When we receive His spiritual blessings and use them to glorify God we are an active participant in uniting heaven and earth . This is one of the ways That God calls us to join him on His mission . Do you see all things as a gift ? Maybe not , Especially if you have fought hard to earn them. Consider your accomplishments , progress, milestones , or promotions : Did you earn them ? Or are they gifts of spiritual blessings That You can praise God through ? Here are few blackberries questions to consider: How have you been blessed spiritually ? What spiritual blessings have you received That You have taken for Granted ? Do you seek to give praise of His glory Through These blessings ? Do you selfishly hold on to These blessings for your own gain ? WHAT GOES UP COMES DOWN The young lions do lack , and suffer hunger : but they seek the LORD That Shall not want any good thing . Psalm 34:10 Mark 5:22 And , behold, there cometh one of the rulers of the synagogue , Jairus by name , and when to he saw him , he fell at His feet, Mark 5:23 And besought him greatly , saying , My little daughter lieth at the point of death : I pray thee, come and lay thy hands on her , That she may be healed , and she shall live . Mark 5:24 And Jesus went with him , and much people Followed him , and thronged him . Another lesson from 1 Kings 18:41-45 Is that it That is what goes up comes down . In other words the rain Could Fall Because something had gone up earlier . Psalm 67:5-7 says When praise goes up, blessing will come down . You can load your cloud offering through high praises to God . Also , When worship goes up, comes down healing . Check the Bible and you will notice That almost everyone who got to the majors started healing from God by worshiping Him . In Matthew 8:1-3 , the first leper worshiped Jesus before he was healed . Also , before Jairus asked for help , he fell down before Jesus and worshiped Him ( Mark 5:22-24 ) . If you do not know how to give God worship quality , you will be robbing yourself of several benefits . Similarly , When prayers go up , deliverance comes down . In Acts 12:5-11 , after Peter was arrested , the church Prayed without ceasing for Peter and deliverance came . In Matthew 15:21-28 , a woman came Prayed and deliverance for her daughter. If only you can pray , deliverance will come to your loved ones , your church and leaders. Such prayer is a demonstration of love and commitment to the one you are interceding for. In Additions , to provoke a divine visitation , offering an uncommon Should go up . An example here is Solomon who Gave an uncommon sacrifice and God Himself came down ( 2 Chronicles 1:6-15 ) . If you are a miser , you will surely miss visitors from Heaven . When the giving of first fruits INCREASE goes up, unlimited returns as down ( Proverbs 3:8-9 ) . Also , When first fruits sacrifice goes up, blessings come down irreversible . An example here was September When Abraham to sacrifice Isaac out and God swore to bless and multiply him ( Genesis 22:1-18 ) . Isaiah 1:19 says When obedience goes up, the good of the land comes down . When you seek the Lord , Psalm 34:10 says abundance would come down . When you seek Gods Kingdom , all your needs would be met. When repentance goes up, forgiveness will come down . What are you sending up ? What you send up Should be determined by what you want to come down . PRAYER POINT 1 . Father , I praise and thank You for Your Power That kept us Throughout the night while we slept and for waking us up this morning ! Glory be to Your Holy Name ! 2 . Father , I confess Your Word Concerning today! This Is the Day Which You have made! I will rejoice! I will be glad ! I will be favored ! I will be happy! I will be fruitful ! I will be anointed to flourish in this glorious day! 3 . Father , I know The young lions do lack , and suffer hunger ! i believe Your Word That That they seek the LORD Shall not want any good thing! Nothing good Shall be withheld from Those Who walk uprightly ! I shall not lack to live ! I shall not lack to eat! I shall not lack to wear ! I shall not lack all I need to serve You in the name of Jesus ! 4 . Father , I worship You today! Lay Your hand of healing on me! That I may be healed Body ! Soul ! And Spirit ! Let me live for You and serve You! Lord Jesus visit me today! Let me have a divine encounter with You ! I honor You Lord with my substance today ! With uncommon offering to provoke Your divine visitation! 5 . Father , I praise You today! I will continue to praise my way to Miracles , Signs, and wonders ! Because When praises to You blessing goes up comes down! Lord Jesus I worship You today! I will continue to worship You for Who You are! Also , When worship goes up, comes down healing thank You my Healer and my God! 6 . Father , in the morning early in the morning I will rise to praise , worship and thank You for the daily New day ! I will raise an altar of prayers to You for Your Love is new every morning to me! I Know When healing and deliverance prayers goes up comes down! I will continue to pray to You ! And You will continue to heal and deliver me and my loved ones ! You will continue to heal and Deliver Your Flock Your church and the under shepherd ! You will continue to heal and deliver our land , the people and our leaders ! 7 . I will give You my first fruit offering for my irreversible blessing ! I will give sacrificially ! I will give willingly ! I will give cheerfully ! Seeking the kingdom of God and Its knowing righteousness needed every other good things Shall be added unto me ! wi Open Heaven When we commit ourselves to seeking the Lord on a regular basis , and Determine Within ourselves to press on to the inner court of His presence with persistent, persevering prayer , diligent obedience and sacrificial giving we will start experiencing an open heaven from God . Let us go on scriptural tour to show that heaven is touched When We do these three things. CONSISTENT , persevering PRAYER Isaiah ....... Tear Open The Heavens . Isaiah 64:1-2 Oh, That You would rend the heavens and come down , That the mountains would tremble before you ! 2 As When fire sets twigs ablaze and causes water to boil , come down to make your name known to your enemies and cause the nations to quake before you ! 3 For when you finish did awesome things That we did not expect , you came down , and the mountains Trembled before you . The word rend in this Scripture means to tear open. Isaiah is crying out to God for an open heaven! Oh , Lord , rend the heavens and come down ! We need you ! Can you hear the cry of the prophet s heart as he laments in prayer and petition to God ? Isaiah 64:1-3 When intercession breaks thru. Awesome Things That we did not expect (Isaiah 64:3 ) is a perfect description of genuine revival , Because The unpredictable and unusual are the characteristics of great spiritual awakenings . Isaiah wanted God to behave as He had in the past . Recalling the Scripture about God s visit with Moses on Mt Sinai , Isaiah longed for a repeat performance . Exodus 19:18 18 Mount Sinai was covered with smoke , Because The LORD Descended on it in fire . The smoke billowed up from it like smoke from a furnace , the whole mountain Trembled violently . Peter .... He Saw Heaven Opened . READ Acts 10:9-16 - 9About Following the noon day as they were on Their journey and approaching the city , Peter went up on the roof to pray . 10HE Became hungry and wanted something to eat , and while the meal was being prepared , he fell into a trance. 11He saw heaven opened ... Peter Praying What was Peter doing on the housetop ? He was praying . The presence of God came upon him in a mighty way longer available , That he fell into a trance and saw heaven opened . Would it not have been possible for him to have this experience without praying ? Im sure That all things are certainly possible with God , but we must understand That Peter had positioned Himself to hear from the Lord . He could have been in a million different places , but he chose to go to the housetop to pray . As a result , the vision he saw That Changed His whole life . How many times have we missed it Because of our wrong choices ? . Peter Was Hungry For God The above Scripture mentions Also That Peter was very hungry and wanted to eat. The Scripture was speaking about physical hunger , but I also believe That Peter was spiritually hungry , or he would not have been praying on the housetop in the first place . He was definitely in the right place at the right time , doing the right thing . Oh, how great are the lessons we can learn from That Those Who have gone on before us Jesus ... As He Was Praying , Heaven Was Opened . Luke 3:21 - 21When all the people were being baptized , Jesus was baptized too . And as he was praying , heaven was opened We see the heaven was opened once again When Jesus Began to pray at His own baptism . Prayer is like a key that Has the power and potential to open up the heavenly realm for God s people . If prayer is a key, why do not we use it blackberries than we do ? Have we lost our key, or possibly misplaced it somewhere ? Or Could It Be That We just do not have a full understanding of what prayer can do ? DILIGENT OBEDIENCE Blessings For Obedience Deut. 28:1-14 - 1 If you fully obey the LORD your God and carefully follow all His commands I give you today , the LORD your God will set you high above all the nations on earth . 2 All These blessings will come upon you and Accompany ( overtake AMP) you if you obey the LORD your God: ... Once again , we see the Lord strongly emphasizing the Importance of Obeying His commands . He uses the adjective fully ( kjv Diligently ) , Which is Characterized by persevering or painstaking effort . Most of the time , its going to take everything within U.S. That we have to obey the voice of the Lord . He will not always ask us to do the easy thing for His kingdom . Sometimes , we will find it very difficult to obey , yet, deep inside , we will know exactly what we need to do . We must not reason things out with our minds , but we must listen and obey Him by the Spirit . If We Obey ... The Lord Will Open The Heavens . Deut. 28:12 - 12 The LORD will open the heavens , the storehouse of His bounty , to send rain on your land in season and to bless all the work of your hands . There are Thousands of promises in Gods word That are available to each and every one of us , if we would just learn how to lay hold of them. However, thinking That we can just name it and claim it , and everything will be all right Has deceived some of us . Theres blackberries involved- in this process than just speaking Words that have not taken root in our hearts . His word must be made to us in reality . We must learn how to appropriate His Word into our lives . If we truly want to see the heavens opened over our homes , our churches , our schools and our nation , its going to take blackberries effort than just saying a quick prayer lifeless in the morning before going to work . Its going to take a genuine commitment on our part . Are we ready to start pressing in to what God Has prepared for our lives ? sacrificial GIVING (A) Acts 10:1-6 Cornelius 2 ... Regularly and Prayed to God . 3 One day at about three in the afternoon he had a vision . He distinctly saw an angel of God , who came to him and said , Cornelius ! 4 Cornelius stared at him in fear . What is it , Lord ? he asked . Answered the angel , Your prayers and gifts to the poor have come up as a memorial offering before God . Cornelius s prayers and giving had come up to God as a memorial unto God . Strongs concordance not. 3422 - a reminder ( memorandum ) , i.e. Record -memorial . His prayers and generosity to the poor Brought salvation to His household ! Malachi 3:6-10 ; 10 Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse , That there may be food in my house . Test me in this , says the LORD Almighty , and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing That You will not have room enough for it . God wants to pour out blessings upon us a deluge of - blackberries than we can hold . Applying the law of First Mention , we see an implication of the floodgates of heaven ( vs. 10 above) When We go to our next scripture ... Genesis 7:11-12 In the six hundredth year of Noahs life , on the seventeenth day of the second month -on That day all the springs of the great deep burst forth , and the floodgates of the heavens were opened . 12 And rain fell on the earth forty days and forty nights . Blessings from above and below ( see Eph 1:3-10 above) . Have you been walking in obedience to God and faithful Been in your tithing and giving ? AMEN !
