Three Saline County administrators have their jobs back, at least temporarily, as the result of a temporary restraining order approved Friday by Saline County District Judge Jerome Hellmer. Bruce Wyatt, a local attorney, filed suit against Saline County commissioners Friday in district court. He claimed that the commissioners’ decision to eliminate the jobs of County Administrator Rita Deister, Road and Bridge Supervisor Dave Nowak, Planning and Zoning Director David Neal and the director of the Saline County Health Department was “committed in an arbitrary and capricious manner, with no basis in fact or reason.
