Lausanne (SUI) / FIG Office, October 02, 2013: At the 44th World Championship in Artistic Gymnastics from September 30 - October 6 in Antwerp (BEL), athletes will be called upon to elect representatives to the FIG Athletes Commission. A vote will be held on September 3 for female athletes, on the 4th for male. Within deadline, the FIG registered female candidates Elisabeth Tweddle MBE (GBR - 28 years), Alicia Sacramone (USA - 26 years) and Angelina Kysla (UKR - 22 years): all new candidates. Incoming reps will replace Nastia Liukin (USA), who is not running. In Mens, we have new candidate Igor Radivilov (UKR - 21 years) and incumbent Jani Tanskanen (FIN - 38 years).
