Three days into the month and the new color is in: orange. Is it reds less dramatic sidekick or yellows bolder, more complicated neighbor? Its complicated and juicy, an element of fire, the bright side of rust, a steady companion of earthy brown, its tacky, transcendent, , comedic, flowering. But I wont know much more until the month is over. Yellow was such a strange and revealing journey. I see it differently than I did on day one. I imagine orange will have its own song.
