Three days to the Lockyer 300! This is a special event for us at MVARQ Fire & Rescue. The Lockyer 300 was our first Fire & Rescue event as a stand-alone provider, and each time the team at Brisbane Sporting Car Club gracioisly invites us to attend, our relationship, inclusion and responsibility increases. From a humble beginning as a single 4WD packed to the gills with extinguishers, hooligan tools and worn-out old turnout gear, we are now providing three fire officers, an operations controller/radio opetator, a Paramedic, a Fire & Rescue Truck, an Ambulance and a Helicopter to ensure the supreme safety of the staff, spectators and competitors.
