Three shootings in 24 hours leave one dead, three wounded in San Bernardino! Zero tolerance for breaking the law, including city codes, impose a curfew on any neighborhood with a serious crime rate and start pushing those lowlifes out of the city, that is my answer!! Funnel the city funds to SBPD en code enforcement and start cleaning up the city. Allow SBFD to be the eyes and ears for SBPD. Get thousands of volunteers to help!! I would close down any department if necessary, in order to get sufficient funds for law and order. Request assistance from the Governor, National Guard, FBI, ATF, Sheriff, CHP and any other law enforcement agency and get the ball rolling. 30 years of the same old garbage is enough as nothing else has worked!! It has only gotten worse!! The time of satin gloves has expired a long time ago. It is now time to dust off the brass knuckles!!
