My reaction was to seek the establishment of a government-in-exile based in London, UK. for I have seen decades miserable governance due to incompetence among others. I have here a time line of the events leading to that fateful day in Nov. 2013 that might be of interest to compassionate readers.This would probably help explain why the Philippine government response including the relief and reconstruction programs if any, was an even bigger disaster than the most powerful typhoon ever recorded in history. Its seems stranger how on Sundays millions of people would go to service or to mass and communicate with God, the most omnipotent, omnipresent force in the Universe. Yet they have no time to hear the desperate pleas of their non-violent, passive and helpless fellows. How do they expect God to listen to them? With todays technology and social media, it is impossible not to know what is happening to your neighbor. For the World Bank, IMF and UN officials and employees, in Buddhism, taking once life is the way to redeem honor. Use your imagination.
