Three weeks ago I started out to fix a hole in the ceiling of my den... After being quoted nearly 1700 dollars for a contractor to repair the ceiling I decided to tackle it myself. I completly removed the old ceiling and re drywalled and spackled it for about 150 dollars including lift rental. I figured I might a well add some crown molding. Then I looked at the carpet and said yeah Ill replace that with some nice laminate. Might as well paint and do the baseboards as well... Now today all that is to paint the baseboards and a good thorough cleaning and I can move the furniture back in.... Oh joy!!!
