Because Hell, was created for Satan. If Hell is not real, then that means that Satan is not real. Angels, and Cherubs are metaphors. Including those who went and fought for Israel and killed entire armies in single night. It also suggests that the Death Angel that killed every first born of Egypt is also a metaphor. For all that matters. His statements suggests he may not believe in God at all! Because if he doesnt believe hell is a real place. Then what does he think about 2 Peter Chapter 3. Peter. the man that St Peters Square is named after! Maybe Peter and even Jesus is only a metaphor?
