Thugs Break Into Priest’s HouseMen of God too are no exception from the felony by the thugs. A parish priest in Kumi could be earnestly praying to God now such that the thugs that broke into his house on Tuesday can be brought to book. Rev. Olema Peter, who is attached to Kacherede Church Of Uganda Parish in Ongino sub County in Kumi district was not around at the time thugs broke into his crib and made of with a radio, mattresses and an unspecified amount of cash. According to the LC3 Ongino, Mr. Adome Kizito, the matter was reported to police after his office was allerted of the intrusion by thugs. Adome who also doubles as the chairperson of the security committee in the sub county said that the level of crime in the area had risen and it therefore called for vigilance on the part of residents. The police in the area are currently searching for the culprits hoping that they will land on them and bring them to book.
