The gigs theme, Propaganda and Puppet-Strings, is about critiquing the agendas and motivations of media organisations of all shapes and sizes, and well be donating a portion of takings to support 4ZZZs alternative news media centre. The first 100 people through the door will receive a limited-edition CD containing Rivermouths new double A-side single Propaganda/Are We Cool Yet?. The tracks will also be available for purchase on USB and on Bandcamp. Featuring special guests: Street 66. Street 66 are a Brisbane based Hip-Hop band who draw influence from all types of music. Their blend of Hip-Hop and Funk music abandons the sampling of beats and breaks, with the band instead channeling their energy into organic live instrumentation. Formidable Vegetable Sound System.
