Thursday 9-hole Open Social golf (Held on 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month) Next event - 25th July 2013 Thursday evening 9-Hole competition First Tee-time 5pm. Last Tee-time 6:30pm. Just €3 entry fee Bring your friends Non-members €12 (including green fee and competition entry fee) Players without GUI/ILGU handicaps are welcome (A default handicap will be applied) Register at pro shop. Playing partners will be provided at registration if needed. Format – Singles stableford. Players go out in pairs or 4 balls as convenient on time of arrival, if a 3-ball, they go as 3 but with 2 cards, nominating pairs before start, so one person may be on 2 cards. Prizes for best pair, best male, best female. One prize per person. Default handicaps for players without GUI/LGUI handicaps will be 20 for men, 30 for women. (These handicaps may be adjusted for subsequent appearances)
