Thursday Music #109 (October 23, 2014) When do we pray? Do we find ourselves praying more when something good comes, or do we pray only when something bad comes? For most of us, we pray when we are down, troubled, and in despair. With that, the biggest question we ask God is WHY. Now, why dont we change that with an Attitude of Gratitude? We always should thank the Lord for the good things happening. On the contrary, we sometimes forget to acknowledge and instead, question, doubt, and blame Him for whatever problem we might have. It is adding more negativity than putting some positivity. As we reflect on todays music, Thank You by Katinas, may we grow an appreciative heart which is generous to acknowledge all things, good or bad. Especially the bad. Our problems make us dynamic and make our minds thinking actively. Our problems also strengthen our character and stretch us and give us room to grow in our ability to exercise our faith. May we show our appreciation to the Lord, even as we are are faced with challenges. Let us thank the Lord Who is in control of our lives.
