Thursday, September 19, 2013 President Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta organised a heartfelt tribute to HM King Bamako-the new Malian president, Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta, paid a vibrant tribute to HM King Mohammed VI, especially for his commitment to human. In his speech at the ceremony of his solemn inauguration, Thursday in Bamako, the Malian president held to thank the ruler whose "the August presence, this day, is an immeasurable and honour for the people of Mali".
