Thursday, September 19, 2013 President Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta organised a heartfelt tribute to HM King Bamako-the new Malian president, Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta, paid a vibrant tribute to HM King Mohammed VI, especially for his commitment to human. In his speech at the ceremony of his solemn inauguration, Thursday in Bamako, the Malian president held to thank the ruler whose "the August presence, this day, is an immeasurable and honour for the people of Mali". Similarly, he said that the recent action of the King in favour of immigrants "is an eloquent illustration of your commitment to the man". Putting forward the reports, which have all time, linked the Morocco and Mali, "reports, woven throughout the centuries, fertilized by Ahmad Babar El Soudani and other eminent jurists ()", the Malian president wished to HM King welcome to Mali "a land" where your Majesty is point foreign.
