Todays Bible Study comes from my Sunday School Quarterly book. : Grow in holiness. Holiness is the withdrawal from what is unclean, plus consecration to what is divine, sacred, and pure. Holiness is demanded of all Gods saints. Holiness is possible in each believer in Christ. God designed the church to assist us. In the church He has placed apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers that they might serve one another with the result of the maturing of the body of Christ. Ephesians, 4; 11-16. Hebrews 7: 25-27: (27) who needeth not daily as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins and then for the peoples: for this He did once, when He offered up himself. THROUGH THE BIBLE DAY 359: 1 John 1: 1-10. God is light. Jesus Christ is Gods Son, Living in the Light of God. DEVOTIONS: When we are tempted to grumble, go to Jesus and talk it out. He will put His thoughts in our minds and His Son in our hearts. Jeremiah 31:25; Philippians 2: 14-15. Be of good courage. Jesus will strengthen our hearts. Go to Jesus with a courageous heart, hoping in Him, and He will bless us in many ways. He will strengthen our hearts. Psalm 31:24 ; Revelation 21:8; Isaiah 40: 10:11.
