Ticket handling through BOSCH Internal system & documentation. Job requirements: Diploma/Bachelor of Engineering. Good communication in English. 1-3 years of Experience in IT Infrastructure support. Experience in windows & UNIX system administration. Experience in windows file share administration. Experience in Active Directory (user and group) administration. MCP (Microsoft) or ITIL V3 certifications preferred. Must have excellent written/Oral communication in English language. Reliability, Ability to work under pressure and ability to precise in communication are must. Good team player and participates in organization initiatives and contributes to the company.
