Tickets booked and Im on my way out Monday! Im required to leave Peru to renew my visa. It turns out the cheapest way is also the most adventurous. Ill be flying to Iquitos, Peru and going on a three day journey by boat down the Amazon River to Colombia. This isnt a luxury cruise; its a $20 boat ride on the same boat the locals use. Im excited to explore, see some awesome wildlife, and meet some Amazonian tribes. Dont worry, its a safe journey that has been taken by lots of Americans. :)
