Candidate Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years of rental management experience • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, vendor management and maintenance issues, including emergency on-call, showing properties, leases, and inspections • Entering work orders • Ambitious, positive attitude and self-starter mentality • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to build and foster relationships • Customer service-oriented • Reliable transportation • Valid driver’s license Compensation commensurate with experience.
