Tigers awarded three points LUSAKA TIGERS FC have been awarded three points and two goals against Mazabuka United for the unplayed Week 6 fixture in Mazabuka. The fixture could not be played after the home team waited for Tigers on Saturday while Tigers were prepared to play on the traditional Sunday for all Division One fixtures. The matter was tabled to the disciplinary committee that sat on Saturday 17 May 2014 and resolved that Tigers be awarded the points plus two goals which were given to Mazabuka United. With those points Tigers now have 14 points from 9 games and stand at number 6 on the table ahead of this weekend match against Livingstone Pirates at Edwin Imboela stadium in Lusaka.
