Timber Ridge subdivision Open COA meeting August 21st 7pm On January 20,2012, the Board met with and retained the law firm of Andersen Tate & Carr to help with drawing up legal documents that will be necessary to convert to a Committed Owners Association (COA). The COA would govern only the recreational area and front entrance. I believe there are about 20+ members. But, I have been told the papers have not been filed. I would like to address the neighborhood regarding the COA. Lets discuss this again. Lets see where everyone is thinking at this time. Peter Chave and I will be there to help answer any questions and listen to your concerns. Please come to the meeting; you do not have to be a member of the pool to come. You just have to be a home owner. Please come with questions; lets try to figure out how to keep this pool and tennis court open. Thanks, Christine Burger
