Time 4 encouragement - Do we hear about others reputations before we even meet them? R reputation can precede us n even influence people we have not met to expect a specific attitude or behavior from us. R actions, whether respectful or disrespectful, will cast us into a particular mold of people who share similar behavioral patterns.
