Time Change Walk with Steve Crum in the Oaklawn Parade The starting time has been changed to 9:15. We need retired & active members to walk with Steve Crum in the Oaklawn Parade on Saturday, September 20th. Steve is a candidate for House District 98, Geraldine Flaharty’s former district, and Steve was personally recruited by Geraldine. Steve and Geraldine will be riding on a flat-bed trailer in the parade, and he needs walkers to follow the trailer and hand out literature. Let’s wear our red shirts and help Steve get elected! Since parking will be a problem that day in Oaklawn, we will meet at 9:15 a.m. at Geraldine’s home: 1816 Fernwood, north east of the intersection of Hydraulic & 47th Street South. Following the parade, we will meet back at Geraldine’s home, and do a literature drop for Steve. Steve will be an excellent legislator. He is a Haysville teacher and is currently the chief negotiator for the Haysville Education Association. Steve is also a member of the Haysville City Council.
