Time Heals Eh? On Craving Enough: Collation. *Facebook: I love flowers Austin: You may want to spend more time with them. *You must be at one with your emotion, because the body always follows the mind. - Bruce Lee. Emotion = Thought + Feeling. *Just because you have a string of thoughts doesnt mean you are thinking. *He gets out of his car comes around and opens the door for her. He gazes at her. He holds her hand and helps her get out of the car. He picks her bag up and out of the car. He bends some four feet down - He is a tall Sikh Gentleman - and kisses her on her cheek. He walks her while holding her hand to into the premises of the school. What I just saw of a Sikh Gentleman, some 42 (?) years old, and the way he treats his Princess daughter at probably 5 years of age. *Just read: Does high income disparity mean high level of exploitation by the wealthy? What does that tell you about the nature of society? Yvonne Kanai: it depends on the individuals , some are generous while others are mean .... Jan Hübener: enforcing meanness Austin Correia: Thanks, you helped me to formulate the following question: What is the relationship of generating wealth to generosity? All I know is we also need the courage to face the pain and hurts of the past.... if we do not face them they will sap out our enthusiasm for life and we will be living at levels far below those we are originally capable of. Some people call those lesser levels healing. I prefer not to. Time heals is a grandiose claim. Used by people who suffer from grandiosity. Time doesnt heal. Persons who can give us time and attention do. When we give ourselves time and attention, we do. Now lets say it better: Time and attention heals. Got it? *I dare agree with you that the human experience of parenting goes beyond ones religion. Religion can help or hinder the process of becoming the parent that our children deserve... *I was just 16 years old when I read it. At that time the priest who gave me the book to read made much of human beings eating human flesh. I would think that the group of survivors - ah! thats the word I was looking for then!! - had to cross a threshold before they could bring themselves to eat flesh of the frozen cadavers... in their minds... and yet, yes, the issue then and for 23 years thereafter was precisely that: surviving as an entity... at the age of 39 I entered therapy with a clinical psychologist... and now its about living....
