Time has come and it is now, for the teachers of this country to mobilize themselves and stand firm in defence of our own rights and integrity. Remember the people were dealing with are tyrants and insolent. The people who shamelessly accuse teachers demands as being unrealistic are sitting on state largesse spending state resources lavishly and plundering tax payers money with abandon. They have several state vehicles at their disposal, all cadres of servants at their beck and call, and hefty salaries and allowances to boot. These are the same people who have perpetuated serious inequalities among the kenyan citizenry by awarding themselves sky high salaries and other emoluments, a hundred and twenty five times more than those of the lowest cadre, in the pretext of being few and therefore because teachers are many they should go hungry and be at heavens mercies. This reasoning stinks to high heavens. Let us die fighting than dying while working. Remember it is not only about our right but it is also about our integrity. Our patience has been stretched to the limits. Action time is now!. We are not backing out this time. #SOLIDERITY
