This delightful 4-year-old family pet has been in the ACC, and has been advocated for by so many, since being surrended to the shelter on June 6th. While Vicky has been sitting still in her cage at the ACC, she has been all over the map on Urgent. She was supposedly pulled to safety by a rescue but for some reason, that safety net has fallen through. The one Urgent folder Vicky has not been in, is the New Beginnings folder.
