Time to dispel some myths about gluten free foods. MYTH no 1. All gluten free food is tasteless, dry and crumbly. If you are a firm believer in this myth, then you have been shopping in supermarkets too long. Most products on the shelves are made with rice flour or a combination that includes rice flour. Many people do not tolerate rice flour in their digestive system. My biscuits are made using a wide variety of other flours and meals, including amaranth, buckwheat, almond meal, hazelnut meal, coconut and tapioca flour.
