Time to get on the ball!! Heres my November challenge: I was going to revisit the squat challenge but in an effort to do some toning I am going to do a leg challeng that involves more than just squats. I am of course going to be doing Zumba, likely to just be 3 days only tho. I am finally going to start Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I will also revisit the arm challenge, and a core challenge that I did a while back. Its a lot BUT when you set your sight on something you WILL do whatever is neccessary to reach them!! WHOS WITH ME?!?!
