Time to relax! We have been to Munising, Mackinaw, Manistique, Grand Marais, Tahquamenon Falls, Copper & Eagle Harbors, Frankfort, Marquette, Christmas, Florida & Phoenix, Petoskey, Leland, Northport, Traverse City & home again. We have been to frozen waterfalls, Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, Fayette, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Kitchitikipi, Eben Ice Caves, Fishtown, Seney National Wildlife Refuge, lighthouses, crossed the Mackinac Bridge in a high wind advisory & traveled abandoned roads!! We have swam, hiked, sledded, swam, ice skated, trekked thru snow up to where the sun doesnt shine with no snowshoes & swam some more. Our U.P. hotel was so quaint! It even had a green 1970s bathroom. After staying at the Quality Inn in Traverse we would have gladly gone back to that little hotel. We had a BLAST!! Now we are tired & going to rest.
