Time to sell the Nelo to a more skilled owner. It has served its purpose as a training boat while in CT but it belongs in the hands of someone who can extract its true potential. So let me know if you are interested. A bit about the boat. Firstly its super fast, its a Nelo after all. One big drain plug means the cockpit empties super quick. Almost no hump means u can leg drive like a K1. Its full carbon but has been repaired, professionally. I am told the weight is 12kg but I have not weighed it personally. It will suit a larger paddler. I am 6ft and fit the boat quite well. She is a twitchy girl so needs a decent of skills to extract her full potential. I have fitted a new rudder and steering cables to improve the steering. She is very quick on a smaller downwind. I have not had a chance to test her out in the rougher stuff. She does have a few scuffs and scratches as one would expect from a second hand boat. She is in CT at the moment but I can get her to Dbn for the serious shopper. I want R7000 for her. R7000 for a full carbon Nelo! Craziness!
