Tip #19. FEEL GRATITUDE Take a moment today to notice and feel grateful for all the positives in your life. Note: This doesnt mean, Im way better off than she is. Its truly being thankful for what YOU have--for example, good friends, loving family, strength, etc. Gratitude makes us more relaxed, happier, healthier, friendlier, nicer, more optimistic, and more productive. Writing down 5 things/day to be grateful for even lifts mild depression. So think about your blessings--and for max benefits, keep them in mind.
