Tip for the day: You have been doing the training, eating clean, drinking heaps of water but still, you find yourself staring at the scales and wondering why they are not moving?? If this sounds like you then you are your own worst enemy and fasting tracking yourself to a total melt down and hitting the ice-cream.... hard! The reason being is that it is possible for example, to drop a kilo of body fat and gain a kilo of lean muscle tissue. You will be looking lean, tighter, more defined and toned but the scales will be looking the same. This is due to muscle being more dense than fat so it takes up less space on your body. Instead take progress pictures of yourself every Friday and compare them each week. The main thing is how you look... not a number on the scales.
