Tip of the Week:"Find the Rythm." The exercise technique this week is to find a rythm in your head. Like a beat to a favorite song. Finding that tempo in the circuit and pushing the pace as you continue through the exercise. You will hear it inside Evolution Group Fitness Fueled by API, shouted at you as you begin to tense up from the fatigue, and the technique begins to break down as your cardio is skyrocketing, and the feet and arms have lost balance. "Find the rythm"!!!! Keeping your body in perfect rythm under stress helps to relieve the mind of pain, relaxing the shoulders, maintaining the the speed of the rythm. It should start and end the same way.
