Tip of the day: You are what you eat so if you are working out 3-6 days a week, make sure that you feed your body what it needs, not what your cravings are. Your cravings is just another way that your body is trying to tell you what it needs. You need to learn to interpret exactly what your body is lacking that is making you crave for that ice cream or french fries. Trust me, you body is NOT craving ice cream or french fries!!
