Tired Tired, weary, exhausted, drained, bushed, beat, pooped, sleepy, fatigued, sapped, whacked, done in, worn out, weak, shattered and dead on my feet! Energy has slithered out on the last train and left me stranded in nowhere. The very last drop drained from the well. Head numb, eyes dark, legs ache, neck knotted, muscles frail and dreams where are the dreams? Staring into darkness to done in to care I long to settle in to slumber, to sink beneath covers into quietness that yields to my being, softly, tenderly into night.
