The right candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, organizing and managing information and process flow associated with the recruitment effort at the Center. RESPONSIBILITIES Updating recruitment database Keeping track of candidate status and next steps Coordinating interviews Managing the Director of Recruitment’s calendar Updating various reports Organizing information on open positions and candidates Liaise with external recruiters Maintain listings in various job boards Preparing information for interviewers Conducting research for candidate sourcing SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS College degree with 1-3 years of administrative work experience preferred Must be extremely organized Detail oriented Ability to effectively multi-task Maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor especially when commutating with candidates Strong communication skills Maintain positive attitude Desire to learn and grow professionally Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint preferred Please send resumes to: echc@ortekapp
