Title: Front Desk manager JOB OBJECTIVE 1.To deliver friendly, efficient customer service. 2.To create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers. JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Deliver excellent customer service, at all times 2.Assist in keeping the reception area clean and tidy, at all times 3. Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail 4.Administer all reservations, cancellations and no-shows, in line with company policy 5.Fulfill all reasonable requests from clients to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety 6. Report any maintenance issues immediately to management, including all furniture, fittings and equipment. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Minimum of KCSE Certificate. Diplomas and any relevant Higher education qualifications are an added advantage. 2. Computer proficiency is an added advantage 3. Minimum preferable age is 30 years old.
