To 2014, I thank you. You brought me so many accomplishments and lessons, opportunities and new beginnings, but most of all, fun and laughter. From graduating and attaining my Bachelors degree to the few close weeks I had together with my family before embarking on a new journey across the country. My mobile media company was able to thrive, I returned to the slam stage, and began my Graduate program at the Academy of Art, where this first semester has been astounding! I dont think 2014 couldve been any better to be honest. Even with the random obstacles of life, misguided & ignorant people, and even my own mistakes, I can say that I fought through and made a way out of whatever was thrown in my direction. Like a true soldier, my only movement is forward. With this cross country move, Ive made a great group of friends who care and are just as focused on their art as I am. I thank all of them for being real & sticking together throughout this first semester. No one broke our Dont Flunk Out pact! I brought in 2014 with my best friends, and I know their going to turn up to bring in 2015 with me in spirit. However, on this side of the map Ill be bringing in the new years with a new crowd. Itll be a true California dream lol. But for 2015 I want more of what 2014 was full of. I want to really excel at everything that I do. I NEED to find a way to travel a lot more too, Ive got a few plans in store. But for now, I make way to le New Years turn up with my peoples. Everybody be safe. Turn Up. Annnnd, Ill be 3 hours late to 2015 for everyone on the east coast! Peace.
