To All: Community Services Division event today in Asbury Park was a great event. Thanks to all at the Jersey Pride Festival for a great day. While at this event NJSPCA was alerted that there was a dog left unattended in a vehicle at about 1:30PM on Ocean Avenue. (The vehicle had been ticketed at 11:30 AM for being illegally parked) NJSPCA responded and located the vehicle and removed the dog which was than transported to a local Veterinary hospital for treatment. The dog is expected to make a full recovery, the human was located and issued two (2) summons and will be in Asbury Court in the very near future. The dog will be held until after the court date and thanks to the Asbury Fire Department for the assist. Capt
