To All my friends and Family that have Cell Service please do not take your service to Verizon Wireless!! I went to the Store at 901 Ne Coronado Dr Blue Springs Mo, Spoke to Choy I believe was his name. I advised him I was interested in up gradeing my phone and wanted to know my Options. He looked up my Acct told me that once my acct was cought up on the bill and the past due bal was paid that I could get a phone on there edge program. This was on Fri March 7th about 4:30pm or so, I went in this Evening March 13 th at about 7pm with My Wife to pay our past due bal and upgrade my phone. The same employee was there, he again looked up the acct and said oh your no longer eligible for the Edge program. I stated well how is that possible when I was a few days ago. He said I dont know, he went into the acct and stated you have a past due bill. I said yes I know this and I am prepared to pay that, he said well even if you pay that you cant get the phone. We got in the argument, I ask for a Mtg Nathan McKay came over and ask the issue... I went through the same thing with him, he said I am not sure what you was looking at snd tried to say no one looked at my acct. The employee was standing right next to him, and said ya I was in his acct on the 7th. The Mgr then said, well we cant honor it and there is no way to do it. Even after the employee admitted to what he said, so I ask my friends and Family to not take there service to Verizon Wireless. I came home waited on hold for 18 mins and 36 sec for a rep on line, spoke to them for almost a hr. They said were sorry we cant honor it. So who else is tired of big companys like this saying something and not following through or horoning what they said?? One other thing about Verizon Wireless, they tried to say that one phone a 16 yr old My wifes son used 16Gb of data by him self. We looked this up on line and noticed for this young man to use this much he would have had to send out something like 30k in emails, use like a un-Godly amount of Down loads. They stated at that time the phone shows you used that so you must have.... So I said I will file a complaint with the FCC, that folks is who you need to go to in the event you have a bill problem and the company wont do anything about it. I filed the complaint and with in 2 weeks I had a Rep from Verizon Executive services calling me wanting to go over My bill with me. Hmmmm I said it took me filing a complaint for this to happen, in the end guess what they fixed the issue. But as of now I am done with Verizon Wireless.... Did I mention we spent over $500 a month with them. To me that is not a small phone bill or small piece of change..... AT&T See you in the Morning
