To GOD be The Glory!! Yesterday was doing leg presses and I thought I had set the blocks on the machines but I inadvertantly took them off. So when I set the machine the weight came crashing back buckling my knees; good thing I was using light weight (325 lbs). First thing I did was said Thank GOD for a high pain threshold, got up laughed and said next walk it off. After that did a 2 mile bike sprint in 5 mins 57secs. It was when I got from work that I actually started noticing how painful it was but when you have a Comforter, all was at peace. Song for today: For Every Mountain. Legs are much better now & changing from 5 to 10k race on the 22nd so practice practice practice!
