To Gregor Robertson and the Vision Vancouver team of councillors, Thank you for supporting medicinal cannabis dispensaries in Vancouver. This is an important issue and I am glad that you do not want to waste police resources going after legitimate dispensaries, or the sick people who need cannabis medicine. Because of your stance on sensible marijuana enforcement, I will be supporting Vision Vancouver in the coming November election. Cannabis dispensaries are the one link that Medical Cannabis Patients have a right to access. With or without the authority and approval of Health Canada, it is the responsibility of the Federal Government of Canada to create the framework of in-person Medical Cannabis service with the quality control of either Pharmaceutical or Natural Health products. With Whole Plant Cannabis it will essentially be classified as a Natural Medicine or CAM, (Complementary and Alternative Medicine) treatment. With this classification Cannabis is the Freedom of Choice of the Individual to completely provide their own access to Cannabis Medicine with individual Cultivation. For the progressive ideology of the British Colombia Political Framework, allowing Canadian Citizens Responsible Open Access to Medical Cannabis, I congratulate the continuing efforts in Vancouver: Creating a society that recognizes the inalienable Human Rights of Canadian Citizens in their Freedom to choose the use of a natural plant; in Healing, Health, and for any individual state of consciousness that one chooses.
