To My Family & Friends. I Would Like Everyone To Know I Am Starting To Do Better For Myself. I Would Like All The Love & Support I Can Get!! Im Not Really a Person Who Post Their Personal Stuff All Over The Social Media. But Right Now I Am. I Dont Want Any Nasty Negivity From Anybody If I Do You Will Be Deleted. Now This Isnt Going To Be Easy For Me Its Sure Going To Be Hard. But I Know I Can Do It & With All The Support From Each And Everyone Of You. Now Its Time To Get Down To The Grittz. I Would Like To Loose Some Weight. Im Weighing About 155. Thats Also The Weight I Was Weighing In The Hospital With Charles. Before I Was Pregnant With Him I Was 105. I Would Like To Get Down To 115-120. I Want To Be More Slim & Toned. I Need To Be More Active & Eat Healthier. I Am Disguised With This Weight. I Would Like To Exercise Twice a Day For a Half Hour Or More Until I Feel That Awesome Burn! Im So Excited To Feel That Burn! Now I Also Would Like To Post a Picture Of My Stomach Everyday It May Be The Same Angle Or a Couple Diff Ones. I Am Self Conscious Right Now & Dont Like Anyone To Look At Me Or My Stomach. When I Look At Myself In The Mirror Im Disguised When My Son Looks At Me When Im In The Shower Im Disguised When My Son Pokes My Belly Im Disguised When My Son Wants Me To Play With Him Weather It Would Be Inside Or Out I Dont Have Enough Energy To Do So I Just Want To Sit Down & Be On here All Day.. On My Phone. When Chuck Looks At Me Or Hugs Me Im Disguised. When Anyone Hugs Me. I Am Disguised. I Am Disguised How I Look In Certain Cloths I Wear. Im Just Disguised. Im Upset I Let Myself Become Like This. I Also Plan On Having Another Baby, It Wont Be Soon. I Hope For When I Get My IUD Out Which Is In The Year Of 2017. So Maybe Within The Next 2-5 Years. I Need To Be Healthy For The Next Baby. & I Need To Continue With This Goal Afterwards. If I Dont Achieve This Goal Its All On Me & Its Not That I Never Took Your Kind Words & Support. So Dont Think That Please. So Heres To 2015! This Year Will Be Better Than The Last & It Will Be My Year! I Do Have Other Goals But If I Do Achieve Them Im Sure I Will Let Everyone Know! I Would Like To Thank Everybody In Advance Whos Going To Push Me To Achieve My Goal & To All The Love & Support. Thank You So Much Everybody!
