To My Single Sisters: You may feel like you are alone but you are always with God and you are just growing to receive the partner that God has for you, and the God that is within him/her. Your insecurities are lies. Once you can recognize them, what is keeping you in their grasp? Whatever that is, name it. Write it down on a postcard in big sharpie, and on the side with the lines, write down each week a new way to wash it all away. Insecurities are just blemishes on a beautiful heart. You wouldnt try to wipe them if you thought they were permanent. I promise you they are not, because I have been there before. I am still there some days. But I continue to grow because I realize that even when I only smudge my stains and make them worse, that is only a perception of the reality that what lies beneath is a clean heart that walks with the Lord. My relationship/friendship didnt save me from myself or complete me....it helped me realized that I can be loved, even with imperfections, and gave me the motivation to find a way to bring the most to the table. But a radiant heart will go along way to attract a radiant lover. I am taking prayer request for the next 12 hours/ inbox messages whenever! Be blessed.
