To, The Election Commission of India Sub: - For Reservation of Independent Minority Candidate. Respected sir, To begin in my knowledge you have discretion and power to issue guidelines to state Election Commission and Register political parties, in India and it is noticed that some political parties Acting like Non-secular party do not offer opportunity to Muslims as their candidate in Election It is difficult to contest Election without backing of Political party and their symbol. If we put light On the election held in April-May, 2009, only one Muslim Independent candidate has won in Parliamentary Election and rest of the 28 candidate were from different political parties and only 9 out of 543 independent candidates are succeeded in election. This is because of one more reason That the candidate do not get sufficient time after getting their symbol to make aware voters/people about their symbol. Therefore My first Appeal/humble request before you that the symbols for the independent candidates should be given at last 6 month before the election scheduled in the State so that the concerned independent candidate can get sufficient time to introduced his symbol and himself to the voters of his/her constituency. Right Protection bill for Muslims in Politics Parliament and Legislative assembly. Though India is a secular country, some political party has acting unfair with the Muslims for their personal gain. My second request to you that if any political Party wishes to contest 10+ candidates in the State Parliamentary Election then they should reserve 1 seat for Muslims candidate .This guidelines only in the States wherein the constituency are more then 10. such as Andhra Pradesh has 42 constituency so if any party wants to contest parliamentary Election with their 42 candidates in the Parliamentary election then it should be made mandatory on the party to give 4 tickets to Muslims Candidate as 10% . In other way any party contesting parliamentary election with 10 and above candidate then 10% i.e. 1 Muslim candidate in every 10 candidates, which will help in showing presence Muslims in state and will create interest in the politics, if any party fails to do this then such parties shall not be allowed to contest the election on party level and all the candidate shall be treated a independent candidate with independent symbols. this very important for the future of our country and for secularism which create unity in the country Independent protection bill for youth It is noticed that in the 15th Parliamentary Election only 9 candidate won the Election out of 543 and it is very difficult to contest election to young generation and highly qualified people of India in Parliamentary Election. It will be possible only if bill is passed by Election Commission of India or in Parliament. the State which accedes 10 and above constituencies are as follows; Andhra Pradesh 42,Bihar 40,Gujarat 26,Karnataka 28,Kerala 20,Madhya Pradesh 29,Maharashtra 48,Orissa 21,Rajasthan 25,Tamil Nadu 39,Uttar Pradesh 80,Wast Bengal 42,Assam 14,Chhattisgard 11,Haryana 10, Jharkhand 14,Punjab 13
