This has in the reference to the subject sited above . on 5th of March 2013 about 27 members residing in Cedar Group Housing Society located at sector 54, Plot No. 90, Gurgaon, got registered with Haryana City Gas Distribution Ltd . The assurance given by company that installation and supply of PNG in respective houses will start within six month after the registration. As per companys terms and conditions maximum by the end of Aug.2013, the company was expected to start supplying PNG but it is a matter of grave concern that till today ie. 22nd of June 2014 after 15 months from the date of registration just two meters have been installed that too with incomplete and improper fitting as per the inspection done by some technical expert. It is important to note that till Nov. 2013 i.e. after about nine month the company did not start even initial work forget about starting supplying PNG to houses despite making repeated requests to companys various officials on their respective mobile phones. Call records will prove how many times in a day officials were contacted . Many times SMS to these officials were sent . when getting no response from them. Some initial digging work done at various points in the society, the Pitts have not been covered properly. Number of personal visits to companys office were also made in this regard to request them to complete the work at the earliest and not to force us to go for some other option. In fact we wanted to request more and more left over members for fresh registration to get PNG connection in their flats but seeing no progress and cooperation coming from the company, it was decided not to contact any other member till there is satisfactory progress in the matter. Further, it is just to give an example of carelessness and negligence on the part of contractor, the number of meters meant for installation in the flats are seen scattered and lying in the open on the ground. Kindly take action against the Company responsible for breach of trust , violation of conditions and negligence .
