To Whom It May Concern: I am Christopher’s friend. I am not - TopicsExpress

To Whom It May Concern: I am Christopher’s friend. I am not his counselor. I am not his mentor. In wisdom it is important that I communicate with those who, over the years and currently, were and are concerned for Christopher’s wellbeing. Christopher finds himself at a crossroads and important decisions lay before him, decisions that could alter his course of life here among us. For the many years that I have known him, Christopher has fought a war within himself. His mortal side—his desire and need for physical connections and affiliations, filial or in friendship—has battled his determination to carry out his role as our messenger for this Marvelous Work and a Wonder®. Many of you have been caught between these warring forces. Many of you carry scars and bruises from this battlefield. Not a few of you have ridiculed Christopher and imagined in your own mind that some of the things that he has done were mistakes caused by the weakness of his flesh. I am here today to inform you that nothing Christopher has done was a mistake. Nothing that he will do in the future will be a mistake. Each and every step he took was calculated and planned, not consciously, at times, by him, but by the “Powers That Be,” those who control mortal experience upon this earth. Each of you in your true form is part of these powers. From the very moment that Christopher’s mind became imprisoned, never again during his lifetime allowed to escape the restrictive and powerful boundaries between “heaven” (happiness) and “hell” (misery)—between this mortal life and our true advanced life experience—nothing that he has done has disappointed the purpose for which he exists. Those of you concerned: those with whom he has associated in the past; those with whom he does now associate; and those with whom he will associate upon this earth into the future—You comprehend no part of heaven as Christopher does. Your experience is restricted to a life of “hell” upon this earth. With nothing but a glimpse of “heaven,” some of you stand between the forces contending in his mind, encumbering Christopher’s ability to take control of the battle and push the forces of “hell” backwards. Unknowingly, some of you have joined sides with the forces of “hell” and passionately fought against him. Christopher finds little support against the forces that keep him from “heaven.” In his own mind, he is forced to fight the battle alone. I am writing this journal entry today in hopes of inspiring those with whom he chooses to involve himself to discontinue your aid to the forces of Christopher’s unhappiness. A conflict exists in Christopher’s mind. He has determined that continuing mortal relationships will cause both him and you undue stress, and thus complicate his ability to accomplish his role. Christopher’s compassion for you results in his inability to visualize your service to him without your neglect for the desires of your free will. While those of us who understand him best recognize that this decision poses a great risk to Christopher’s ability to serve us in the capacity as we have established his life and foreseen in our work’s best interests, we must stand firmly in our service and support of him. I speak, now, as if I were one of his most intimate servants. Not pretending that I am, nor conceding that I am not, I desire to speak on behalf of those whom Christopher calls, “The Brothers”: They are his servants. They exist in this life exclusively to support Christopher. They do not argue with him. They do not counsel him beyond his desire to hear their counsel. The degree to which they place Christopher first results in a paralleled degree in which Christopher equally serves their purposes. (This identical emotional algorithm will work with any of you; i.e., to the degree that you serve Christopher, he will respond in the same degree of service to you. Otherwise, he will resist and struggle against the push of “hell’s” forces.) Christopher’s decisions are not always consistent with their desires, and at times he has avoided their counsel. Nonetheless, they are his servants. He is not their servant. Uniformly to their mortal service to Christopher during this life, there are four other “advanced” men who serve Christopher in that level of existence. For your instruction and learning, please allow me the opportunity to explain this protocol and construct to you: Free will creates independence and is the greatest motivating factor of our human actions. Our individual free will supports the reason for our existence, which is to pursue our own course in the pursuit of happiness. This course of experience determines who we are in contrast to everyone else. All things associated with our environment exist to support our individual existence. “All things” includes every other free-willed individual. None of us can properly exist without the ability to exercise free will in accomplishing our desire to exist individually. None can be asked or mandated in a course of action and fulfill that action properly, without first determining for ourselves, the course of that action. Permit me to use your scriptures to illustrate the unique way in which they became who they are. Though figurative in nature so as to enunciate things that have been hidden before our work was unfolded, the following prose definitively presents the course of action they took: “… he turned himself unto the three, and said unto them: What will ye that I should do unto you, when I am gone unto the Father? And they sorrowed in their hearts, for they durst not speak unto him the thing which they desired. And he said unto them: Behold, I know your thoughts, and ye have desired the thing which John, my beloved, who was with me in my ministry, before that I was lifted up by the Jews, desired of me. Therefore, more blessed are ye, for ye shall never taste of death; but ye shall live to behold all the doings of the Father unto the children of men, even until all things shall be fulfilled according to the will of the Father, when I shall come in my glory with the powers of heaven.” (chapter 28, verses 4, 5, 6, and 7 of 3 Nephi) “The thing which they desired” provides a key to understanding their choice for the role in the work in which they are engaged at this time with Christopher. They desired it. They determined the course of action by their individual (apart from the others, in this figurative instance: the other nine disciples’) free will. Upon so doing, and being granted the desires of their hearts by their Lord, they became the sole authority of their actions. Their Lord became the servant to their will. Their own dissonance was expressed in this manner, “And they sorrowed in their hearts, for they durst not speak unto him.” This emotional conflict arose in desiring this course of action, because upon so choosing, they realized that their Lord would be obligated to serve them when they previously desired only to serve him. Christopher chose a course of action in his life. This action was to be our messenger and deliver to the world what we cannot during this particular period of time. In considering his choice to become our messenger, Christopher knew we would become his servants. Christopher would be considered as one like unto our Lord. Accordingly, John properly refers to Christopher’s latter-day role in Revelation 14:14: “And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.” Joseph taught Christopher during their first meeting that we (those so inclined along with “The Brothers”) exist in mortality to be his servants. Christopher became aware of the existence of four other men, who are not mortal, who were likewise at his beckon and disposal for the performance of his role. The utilization of the Urim and Thummim permits Christopher access to those who are not here among us. As are we, in consideration of our own power and ability to act and be acted upon within an environment, Christopher is considered a Lord among these advanced beings—they being his servants by choice. The course of action Christopher pursues is his alone to determine. For this very purpose—to influence his actions for the benefit of the course set for those actions—his mind was placed where none of us exist: between mortality and eternal life. We should avail ourselves of the opportunity to serve and consistently make ourselves available to Christopher as he determines our necessity in his course of action. His course of action is to be our messenger. He does not, nor will he ever, abuse this availability. Christopher has determined that, with few exceptions, no other mortal has the capability to disavow free will and serve him properly in his role without his continual manipulation of their free will. Christopher’s choice of action does not include providing counsel and mandates to others, nor does he gain happiness in manipulation. Comprehending free will in the unique and correct way that Christopher does, his dissonance arises as he is confronted with others’ free willed choices that pull him away from his own course of action. Christopher’s turmoil increases as he confronts others’ chosen individual courses of action when these free-willed choices conflict with his own. Working with our more advanced counterparts, we (including all of us as “The Powers That Be”) arranged for Christopher to meet Sheryl in San Diego. Christopher was left to his own decision and course of action in regards to Sheryl. None of us in this mortal life, nor those accessible to Christopher in our true existence, influenced Christopher in his chosen course of action. Their only counsel to Christopher was that without Sheryl he would become like one of them, restricted by physical and emotional restraints consistent to their own desired course of action. It became necessary (to further the course of action that they visualized for their work) to engage others and provide these others the opportunity to choose and exercise their own individual course of action that would result in the support and fruition of their work. Engaging others carried the risk of impeding Christopher’s chosen course of action. Christopher’s own choices often required them to engage others, varying the normal process of exercising free will. Irrespective of what course of action Christopher chose, he is “like unto” their Lord. He is their Lord. They are his servants. Christopher conveyed to Sheryl the uniqueness of their relationship. Christopher informed Sheryl that her involvement in his life would require her to relinquish her course of action for his course of action. Sheryl, at times, has unsuccessfully sacrificed her free will to become Christopher’s servant. Who would want to make this sacrifice and become the servant of a mortal man? This has added greatly to Christopher’s dissonance. His mortal value for Sheryl conflicts with his chosen course of action. Yet, she, as do many others, provides him with motivation to fulfill his role in spite of the constant battle of personal choice and free will. Others, whose involvement in Christopher’s life became necessary in support of his course of action, likewise failed to sacrifice free will to become Christopher’s servant. Christopher is aware each time one of you condemns his actions, criticizes his behavior, or otherwise argues against his free will. Lacking the understanding and ability to submit patiently to the consequences of Christopher’s indulgences and frailties, as any proper servant would, unhappiness has resulted from your interaction with Christopher. Christopher has placed the entirety of this culpability on himself. The course of action that Christopher is currently contemplating could rectify the consequences of his actions. This decision would be for him to avoid merging his course of action with another’s. This has led to his current responsive withdrawal and emotional challenge. When Christopher contemplated his life with Sheryl in the beginning he was counseled to allow a few years to pass before he made a choice about whether Sheryl would be conducive to his happiness and purpose. It was our hope that Sheryl would realize the value of our work and submit to Christopher’s course of action. It was our hope that others would realize the value of our work and similarly submit to Christopher’s course of action. In Christopher’s mind, too much sacrifice was and is required from others, their flesh being weaker than their desire to serve by giving up their freedom of will and altering their own chosen course of action. With much gratitude we extend well-deserved appreciation for what has been done in an effort to help with Christopher. We have seen a progression over time in how a few, most importantly, Sheryl, have commenced to submit to a course of action that is more consistent with what we expected of them. Regrettably for us, Christopher, worn down from the continual battle within, does not recognize this gradual submission. He is determined to stop the unhappiness and struggle of others involved in his role as our messenger. As his servants, we have no choice but to support Christopher and genuflect to his position as “the one like unto our Lord.” We have asked for an intervention from the others who serve him. We have placed him in a position in which he can more readily communicate with others, where he knows them more stable to their true natures. We have done everything within our power and protocol to serve Christopher and protect his course of free will, as our Lord and we as his servants. This Marvelous Work and a Wonder will not fail. Its messenger will not fail. The course of action that must be pursued to achieve the realization of our work might change, but our work will not fail, it cannot. This discourse fulfilled my promise to Christopher. I promised him that I would express my feelings publicly in an effort to reiterate to those inclined to our work to stay off the battlefield and allow Christopher to fight the forces that affect him alone. Or in the alternative, if he chooses you to stand with him and fight by his side, that you do not obstruct the side of “heaven” from gaining in the battle. Herein I have fulfilled my promise. We desire peace and happiness for all into the future. This work truly is a Marvelous Work and a Wonder. Peace always.
